Organization Belief

We believe that:

• All human lives are of equal value and everyone deserves the best quality of life, hence all our interventions in areas of Agriculture, Health, WASH, nutrition, Education, Youth and Gender Empowerment, Environmental and natural resources  will focus on ensuring  access to better quality of life to Tanzania communities.
• Poverty makes people more vulnerable to access  their rights and essential services,much of this suffering is unnecessary and must be relieved.
• People’s vulnerability to poverty and suffering is increased by unequal power relations based on, for example, gender,age, class and disability; hence unequal power relations must be addressed wherever they occur.
• Our focus on helping the most vulnerable children and women overcome poverty is the right thing to do in order to eradicate the root causes of poverty
• With the right resources, support, and training, people living in poverty can solve their own problems. We all have a personal responsibility to work.
• Gender and children challenges  and issues must be addressed through specific interventions or as a cross cutting issue through empowerment and safeguarding
